Ndukwe said that the suspect poured hot water meant for the preparation of pap on his lover’s breast. He added that the suspect had been charged to court and remanded in police custody awaiting trial. “Residents of the state are advised to promptly report any person(s) found committing or have committed acts of assaults and related offences, due to domestic violence, to the nearest police station. “They can also call the command’s hotlines on: 08032003702, 08075390883, 08086671202 or 08098880172,’’ he added.
